Job Description:
We at Coforge are hiring for Non-voice process / BPO / Only freshers

Basic know-how and knowledge of Computers – Ability to work on Windows OS, MS Office tools etc

Should be flexible to work in all the shifts (24/7)
Good analytical and logical reasoning
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Should meet the daily Production Target defined in the process
- Ensure accuracy, touch time and other service levels of the transactional processing are met
- Update daily performance reports diligently
- Perform Exception processing and research
- Interpret bank documents for internal processing
- Responsible for multiple systems, business and product lines
- Should proactively communicate any issue to TL or customer as per procedure.
- Escalate any deviation to defined process & seek immediate assistance
- Share & follow best practices
- Should adhere to SLK and white room policy
